How to Play Rush: Scoring, Streaks and Progress

A game of Rush.

One clock, 100 seconds. Tap an answer and the next question appears straight away.
It starts easy and gets harder. Three right in a row moves up a level. Two wrong in a row moves back down.
A practice question first. The first time they play a game, Rush shows them how.

Scoring and streaks.

Right answers in a row multiply the points. A wrong answer loses points and starts the streak again.

Levels: Harder levels are worth more points.
Speed: A right answer within 4 seconds earns a bonus.
Rush Time: The last 10 seconds count double.
In the exam: A wrong answer costs points in Rush, but most 11+ papers don’t take marks off for one, so a best guess beats a blank. Check your test’s familiarisation booklet to be sure.
