Free Year 2 money worksheets: coins, totals and change (PDF)
Add up coins, make amounts with coins, and work out change. For Year 2, ages 6 to 7.
What’s in it
Three worksheets on money, with UK coins drawn at about their real size. Your child adds up groups of coins, draws coins to make an amount (using as few as they can), then works out the change from 50p and £1 in some shopping questions.
Real coins make this much easier: put a handful on the table and let your child sort them before counting, starting with the biggest coin.
