What’s in it
Year 5 brings in long multiplication and short division. The first worksheet multiplies two- and three-digit numbers by two-digit numbers in columns; the second divides with the "bus stop" method, with remainders; the third multiplies and divides by 10, 100 and 1000.
For long multiplication, the first row multiplies by the ones and the second by the tens, starting with a 0. Then add the two rows.
