Free Year 1 telling the time worksheets: o’clock and half past (PDF)
Read o’clock and half past on clock faces, then draw the hands. For Year 1, ages 5 to 6.
What’s in it
In Year 1, children tell the time to the hour and half past the hour. The first worksheet has clocks to read and write the time under; the second has empty clocks to draw the hands on.
The short hand shows the hour and the long hand the minutes. At o’clock the long hand points straight up to 12; at half past it points straight down to 6.
